Where to begin?


First of all, you need to get rid of every­thing unnec­es­sary, both phys­i­cal­ly and psy­cho­log­i­cal­ly. In oth­er words, you need to put things in order in your head. Over the years of life, we accu­mu­late in our­selves a lot of unnec­es­sary, and some­times harm­ful: imposed thoughts and rules, wrong lifestyle, com­plex­es. All this pulls back and does not allow to move for­ward. Per­haps what you are doing is not at all what you real­ly need, and there­fore it is not pos­si­ble to achieve at least some sig­nif­i­cant results.

  • Who do I want to be in the end?
