8 healthiest smoothie options


Smooth­ies are our favorite cock­tail made from fruits, veg­eta­bles and berries. If you need to include more vit­a­mins, amino acids and antiox­i­dants in your diet, smooth­ies will be your sal­va­tion.

lemon smoothie

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 1 st. l. Ted­dy bear
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 lemon ring
  • vanil­la

Cook­ing method:

  1. Mix all ingre­di­ents in a blender.
  2. Pour the creamy smooth­ie into a glass.
  3. Add crushed lemon zest for gar­nish.

strawberry smoothie

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 200 g straw­ber­ries
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 avo­ca­do
  • 2 h. l. Ted­dy bear
  • 1 st. water + a hand­ful of unroast­ed almonds
  • a hand­ful of cran­ber­ries

Cook­ing method:

  1. Mix water and a hand­ful of unroast­ed almonds in a blender (this is how we make nut milk).
  2. Strain the mass through cheese­cloth.
  3. Place the cooked nut milk in a blender.
  4. Add all remain­ing ingre­di­ents.
  5. Mix every­thing well in a blender.
  6. Gar­nish smooth­ies with berries.

blueberry smoothie

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 cel­ery stalks
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 st. water
  • a hand­ful of blue­ber­ries

Cook­ing method:

  1. Mix the ingre­di­ents in a blender.
  2. Pour smooth­ie into glass­es.
  3. Dec­o­rate with blue­ber­ries.

Green smoothie with spinach

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 st. spinach leaves
  • 350 ml nut milk
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 h. l. Ted­dy bear

Cook­ing method:

  1. Mix in a blender 350 ml of water and 50 g of almonds.
  2. Strain the mass through a sieve.
  3. Whip the fin­ished milk in a blender along with the rest of the ingre­di­ents.
  4. Add a spoon­ful of hon­ey.

Super green smoothie

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 1 cucum­ber
  • 1 st. water
  • a bunch of green leaves (let­tuce, spinach)
  • 1 h. l. Ted­dy bear
  • juice of half a lemon

Cook­ing method:

  1. Mix all ingre­di­ents in a blender until smooth.
  2. When serv­ing, steal a spinach leaf.

Blueberry smoothie with flax seeds

You will need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 stack blue­ber­ries
  • 1 cup unsweet­ened yogurt
  • 4 tsp flax seed
  • 1 st. l. Ted­dy bear
  • 1/2 bunch spinach

Cook­ing:

  1. Sort the berries and greens, wash, dry. Peel banana.
  2. Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a blender and blend until smooth.

Smoothie with dates and oranges

You will need:

  • 1 stack. kefir
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 11 pit­ted dates
  • 1 tea­spoon hon­ey
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of ice

Cook­ing:

  1. Peel bananas and oranges.
  2. Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a blender and blend until smooth.
