lemon smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 lemon ring
- vanilla
Cooking method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the creamy smoothie into a glass.
- Add crushed lemon zest for garnish.

strawberry smoothie
Ingredients:
- 200 g strawberries
- juice of half a lime
- 1 avocado
- 2 h. l. Teddy bear
- 1 st. water + a handful of unroasted almonds
- a handful of cranberries
Cooking method:
- Mix water and a handful of unroasted almonds in a blender (this is how we make nut milk).
- Strain the mass through cheesecloth.
- Place the cooked nut milk in a blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Mix everything well in a blender.
- Garnish smoothies with berries.
blueberry smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 3 celery stalks
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 st. water
- a handful of blueberries
Cooking method:
- Mix the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour smoothie into glasses.
- Decorate with blueberries.
Green smoothie with spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 st. spinach leaves
- 350 ml nut milk
- juice of one lime
- 1 h. l. Teddy bear
Cooking method:
- Mix in a blender 350 ml of water and 50 g of almonds.
- Strain the mass through a sieve.
- Whip the finished milk in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Add a spoonful of honey.

Super green smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 st. water
- a bunch of green leaves (lettuce, spinach)
- 1 h. l. Teddy bear
- juice of half a lemon
Cooking method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- When serving, steal a spinach leaf.
strawberry smoothie
You will need:
- 1 cup strawberries
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 h. l. Sahara
- mint leaves for decoration
Cooking:
- Wash and peel strawberries.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Blueberry smoothie with flax seeds
You will need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 stack blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 4 tsp flax seed
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- 1/2 bunch spinach
Cooking:
- Sort the berries and greens, wash, dry. Peel banana.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Smoothie with dates and oranges
You will need:
- 1 stack. kefir
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges
- 11 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon honey
- a pinch of salt
- 1 glass of ice
Cooking:
- Peel bananas and oranges.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
