How to keep the habits and results of our marathon? Suggests Yulia Bogdan!
- If the body is not flexible and stretching is the worst thing for you, you need to stretch.
- If you don’t like to run (it’s hard to breathe, your pulse is going through the roof), then there is something to work on — go ahead for a run, develop your heart and lungs.
- There is no coordination, and you hate dancing — sign up for salsa or strip plastic.
Our body always tells you what needs to be worked on, but the brain, of course, does not want changes, it is too lazy to build new neural connections, to strain, because it’s so good. But it is everything new and unusual that develops and changes us!
Training is not just about being beautiful. Classes develop us inside! They improve both the physical qualities of the body and the psycho-emotional state: they give confidence, inner flexibility and a sense of being in this world.

Try to change your attitude to training, do not take it as strained:
- Fall in love with the pleasant fatigue after class.
- Enjoy the feel of your body.
- Praise yourself for small and big victories and achieving goals.
Regarding praise. Not in numbers, but in quality: you have become more flexible, you can calmly climb the mountain, and not suffocate from every step, dance a beautiful striptease to your beloved, walk with a straight back, because the muscles hold, and not twisted into the letter z and with constant pain in back!
Training is about taking care of your body and your life! And not just lose weight for the summer/vacation!
Exercises from Julia Bogdan
Today I want you to try the exercise with rubber. Cushioning makes the muscles stronger and at the same time more elastic. Joints are not overloaded. An important point: tighten the muscle when you perform the movement and also continue to strain when returning to the starting position. Do this complex 2–3 times a week.

Meal plan today
Proper nutrition and healthy eating is an important component of an ideal figure. Here is your meal plan for today:

- Breakfast: cottage cheese 5% (120–150 g) + fruits and berries (200–250 g) + sour cream 15–20% (30 g)
- Snack: hummus (70g) + vegetables (150–200g)
- Dinner: meat (130–150 g) + porridge (100 g) + vegetables (150–200 g)
- Dinner: quinoa (150g) + vegetables (200–250g)
Your new good habit
Excess sugar reduces immunity, destroys collagen in the skin, depletes the nervous system. Control the amount of sugar in your food.
