How to keep the habits and results of our marathon? Sug­gests Yulia Bog­dan!

  • If the body is not flex­i­ble and stretch­ing is the worst thing for you, you need to stretch.
  • If you don’t like to run (it’s hard to breathe, your pulse is going through the roof), then there is some­thing to work on — go ahead for a run, devel­op your heart and lungs.
  • There is no coor­di­na­tion, and you hate danc­ing — sign up for sal­sa or strip plas­tic.

Our body always tells you what needs to be worked on, but the brain, of course, does not want changes, it is too lazy to build new neur­al con­nec­tions, to strain, because it’s so good. But it is every­thing new and unusu­al that devel­ops and changes us!

Train­ing is not just about being beau­ti­ful. Class­es devel­op us inside! They improve both the phys­i­cal qual­i­ties of the body and the psy­cho-emo­tion­al state: they give con­fi­dence, inner flex­i­bil­i­ty and a sense of being in this world.

Try to change your atti­tude to train­ing, do not take it as strained:

  • Fall in love with the pleas­ant fatigue after class.
  • Enjoy the feel of your body.
  • Praise your­self for small and big vic­to­ries and achiev­ing goals.

Regard­ing praise. Not in num­bers, but in qual­i­ty: you have become more flex­i­ble, you can calm­ly climb the moun­tain, and not suf­fo­cate from every step, dance a beau­ti­ful striptease to your beloved, walk with a straight back, because the mus­cles hold, and not twist­ed into the let­ter z and with con­stant pain in back!

Train­ing is about tak­ing care of your body and your life! And not just lose weight for the summer/vacation!

Exercises from Julia Bogdan

Today I want you to try the exer­cise with rub­ber. Cush­ion­ing makes the mus­cles stronger and at the same time more elas­tic. Joints are not over­loaded. An impor­tant point: tight­en the mus­cle when you per­form the move­ment and also con­tin­ue to strain when return­ing to the start­ing posi­tion. Do this com­plex 2–3 times a week.

Meal plan today

Prop­er nutri­tion and healthy eat­ing is an impor­tant com­po­nent of an ide­al fig­ure. Here is your meal plan for today:

  • Break­fast: cot­tage cheese 5% (120–150 g) + fruits and berries (200–250 g) + sour cream 15–20% (30 g)
  • Snack: hum­mus (70g) + veg­eta­bles (150–200g)
  • Din­ner: meat (130–150 g) + por­ridge (100 g) + veg­eta­bles (150–200 g)
  • Din­ner: quinoa (150g) + veg­eta­bles (200–250g)

Your new good habit

Excess sug­ar reduces immu­ni­ty, destroys col­la­gen in the skin, depletes the ner­vous sys­tem. Con­trol the amount of sug­ar in your food.
