The “Favorite” diet is a weekly diet in which one day involves the use of one product. In the weekly diet, several days are exclusively drinking. The menu is divided into three usual meals — breakfast, lunch and dinner. To make the diet even more effective, do not forget about exercise.

Day 5. Protein
The fifth day is the most nutritious. You can eat chicken breast, eggs and fish. The main thing is to cook food and eat 4–5 times a day. Natural yogurt without additives is recommended as a drink.
Day 6. Drinking
And again liquid. Don’t forget to drink plain water as well.
Day 7
The seventh day, as it were, unites all the previous days. At the end of the diet, you can eat the same foods as before — fruits, eggs, juices and milk. The main thing is not to overeat and remember that food should not contain additives and spices.

It is important to complete the diet correctly. Don’t rush to eat immediately after the diet week, start gradually increasing the number of calories and introducing new foods into the diet. So your body will calmly accept the new food and the weight will not return. It is advisable to completely abandon fatty and junk food, and start eating a balanced diet.
