Scientists have found that certain foods and drinks will help relieve eye fatigue and prevent a decrease in visual acuity.

Experiments by European researchers have shown that eye fatigue from the monitor relieves ordinary tea with honey. A group of subjects who drank at least a cup of the drink every day already noted a significant improvement in eye condition after a week.
Experts say that weak black tea with linden honey (or sweet clover) is best for maintaining healthy vision.
In addition, volunteers noted an increase in tone and efficiency — nothing surprising, because natural honey makes up for the lack of vitamins and nutrients in the body. And together with tea, loaded with antioxidants, it becomes one of the best drinks for health.

Doctors also believe that people who spend a lot of time in front of their computer screens should definitely include retinoprotectors in their diet — chemicals that protect vision from an aggressive environment. Most of these substances are in blueberries, spinach and pumpkin (lutein), tomatoes and grapefruits (lycopene).
