Vagini­tis, col­pi­tis is treat­ed main­ly with phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal exter­nal agents, but herbal prepa­ra­tions are also used in com­plex ther­a­py.

These recipes are used to choose from, they are pre­pared in the same way: 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of the mix­ture is brewed with 0.5 liters of boil­ing water, infused for 30 min­utes, then fil­tered. It is drunk dur­ing the day in 3–4 dos­es 15 min­utes before meals.

With increased excitabil­i­ty, accom­pa­nied by col­pi­tis or vagini­tis. Pour 5 g of crushed valer­ian offic­i­nalis rhi­zome with 1 cup of boil­ing water, leave for 2 hours, strain. Drink 1/2 cup in the morn­ing and evening before bed. More than 1.5–2 months with­out a break, valer­ian should not be tak­en.

With irri­tabil­i­ty. Drink beet­root juice with hon­ey, dilut­ed in a ratio of 1:1, 1/3 cup 2–3 times a day.
