The main conditions of the diet:
- five meals a day;
- daily calorie intake — 1200 calories;
- duration — no more than one week;
- chicken fillet should be about 40% of the daily diet;
- during the diet, it is imperative to observe the drinking regimen, that is, drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.

Approximate menu
- Breakfast: any salad of fresh or boiled vegetables with one teaspoon of olive oil and two pinches of salt, oven-baked chicken fillet, coffee or tea without sugar.
- Snack: a handful of nuts and dried fruits, chamomile tea without sugar.
- Dinner: steamed chicken roll, a small portion of rice or buckwheat, herbal hour with a spoonful of honey.
- Snack: a slice of hard cheese, sweet apple, black tea with honey.
- Dinner: salad of several types of fruits, low-fat cottage cheese and natural unsweetened yogurt.
