Healthy food and wellness — what you can eat

Speaking in general about my personal style of eating, I preach a naturalistic diet with elements of a separate.

Meat or poultry you can rub with spices and sea salt (I strongly recommend instead of the usual rock salt), grease with olive oil, leave at room temperature for at least half an hour (you can not leave it if you really want to eat)), but if there is time, I marinate in the refrigerator for days) , put in the multi-oven for 20 minutes — and woo-a-la — a tasty and at the same time healthy dish is ready! In the oven, of course, it will be longer, but the result is just as tasty. While the meat is marinating, you can prepare a delicious side dish: vegetables to my taste, cut and put into a double boiler.

And how I love grilled vegetables — this is generally a separate delicacy for me: I cut large eggplant or zucchini, sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes, sprinkle with Italian herbs, rubbing them directly with my fingers, salt, pour a tablespoon of olive oil — and in the multi-oven for 10 minutes. Best of all, the entire cooking process takes just 15 minutes. And what a benefit!

My simplest and healthy soup prepared as follows: cauliflower, broccoli I sort into inflorescences, I cut leeks into rings, carrots and bell peppers into cubes. You can add any other vegetables you like (celery, parsley root, green peas, etc.). I do not add potatoes — this is not a very healthy vegetable that can be replaced with a very tasty and incredibly healthy Jerusalem artichoke. First, I throw Jerusalem artichoke, cauliflower, carrots into boiling water, after it boils — after 5 minutes — everything else. Cook over low heat for another 5 or 10 minutes — it all depends on what you like: softer (you can then cook cream soup in a blender) or firmer. At the end, you can add parsley and dill. I add soft cheese or sour cream to cream soup — right when I beat it in a blender.

I also really like pumpkin cream soup — you can simply cut it into cubes, boil it for 20 minutes in salted water, beat it together with soft cheese or cheese in a blender and a delicious soup is ready!

If you like soup with pieces of vegetables, add ghee (the healthiest animal fat) or sour cream to ready-made ghee.

Saladas a main course. We cut steamed vegetables and baked meat or poultry into cubes or any pieces as you like, add chopped greens and season with soft sour-milk cheese, which is usually spread on bread. You can also fill with sour cream, vegetable oil or ghee. If you have time to cook — homemade mayonnaise.

Another version of the salad is the same with grilled vegetables, but in this case the meat can be replaced with boiled eggs or cottage cheese. We also season to taste.
