The basis of the proposed complex: short duration and intensity. On average, you need to spend 30–60 seconds per exercise. As part of the complex:

  • squats along the wall;
  • jumping;
  • running in place with knees raised;
  • lunges;
  • push ups;
  • push-ups with a turn;
  • squats on a chair with your back to him and others.

The first part of the complex is devoted to jumps that warm up the body, as well as squats against the wall with your back leaning (load on the lower body). Next, we swing the press from a prone position, rise to the step, then squats again.

Fitness or sex? It's up to you, but sex with your loved one is still more pleasant than jogging1

The second part: reverse chair push-ups — for triceps, running in place with high knees, push-ups, lunges, side plank. Two weeks at this pace can be compared to 6–8 weeks of endurance training, scientists say.
