American scientists from the College of Sports Medicine in Indianapolis have found that long exhausting workouts are not necessary for a good shape. To get the perfect figure, just seven minutes of exercise a day is enough!

The basis of the proposed complex: short duration and intensity. On average, you need to spend 30–60 seconds per exercise. As part of the complex:
- squats along the wall;
- jumping;
- running in place with knees raised;
- lunges;
- push ups;
- push-ups with a turn;
- squats on a chair with your back to him and others.

The first part of the complex is devoted to jumps that warm up the body, as well as squats against the wall with your back leaning (load on the lower body). Next, we swing the press from a prone position, rise to the step, then squats again.

The second part: reverse chair push-ups — for triceps, running in place with high knees, push-ups, lunges, side plank. Two weeks at this pace can be compared to 6–8 weeks of endurance training, scientists say.
