Used to having sausage sandwiches for breakfast? Not the best choice to start the day, because, as you know, there is nothing natural and healthy in purchased sausages.

What can replace your favorite dumplings or salami? Here is a list of foods that will make your morning sandwich both tasty and healthy!
- Boil beef, tongue or heart in salted water with spices, cool, cut into slices and put in the refrigerator. Now every morning you can cook healthy sandwiches, because boiled meat and offal are an excellent source of protein.

- If you like fish, put herring, salmon or trout fillets on bread. Instead of trans fats and preservatives, your body will get omega‑3 fatty acids and vitamins that have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.
- Cheese is also a great alternative to sausage. It is rich in vitamins A, B, zinc, phosphorus, calcium and, of course, protein.
- If you prefer poultry to meat, season the chicken, goose or duck fillet with spices and bake in the sleeve. Such a bird will turn out not too dry, and therefore it is perfect for sandwiches.
