What is useful grapes

Grapes have more than 2 times more iron than apples. It is rich in glu­cose, which is almost com­plete­ly absorbed by the body and enters the blood­stream, improv­ing its for­mu­la. Grape juice acts like alka­line min­er­al waters, but it has more potas­si­um and iron salts, which are good for blood cir­cu­la­tion.
Berries con­tain organ­ic acids, salts of potas­si­um, sodi­um, cal­ci­um, iron, alu­minum, pectin, vit­a­mins B, C, provi­t­a­min A … As well as biotin, which is use­ful for skin, hair and nails. Dark grape vari­eties are rich in anti-inflam­ma­to­ry and dis­in­fec­tant tan­nins. Grape juice con­tains antho­cyanins and polyphe­nols, which have excel­lent anti-inflam­ma­to­ry effects.

Juicy berries of the Chas­se­las vari­ety are use­ful for dis­or­ders of fat metab­o­lism. In chron­ic bron­chi­tis, vari­eties “Isabel­la” and “Mus­cat” are use­ful. How grapes tones
