How can fit­ness bracelets help you? We are so arranged that we often either under­es­ti­mate or over­es­ti­mate our­selves. It may seem as if we are active­ly mov­ing dur­ing the day, but in fact this will not be even 60% of the rec­om­mend­ed norm.

If you are not sure about your nutri­tion, the dura­tion and qual­i­ty of sleep, phys­i­cal activ­i­ty, choose a device that allows you to mon­i­tor all these process­es at the same time. For exam­ple, Jaw­bone and Mis­fit helped me pay atten­tion to sleep and find out the lev­el of my phys­i­cal activ­i­ty. If you swim, then the choice will def­i­nite­ly nar­row down to Mis­Fit, because it is water­proof.
If you are unsure about your nutri­tion and it is a pri­or­i­ty for you to fol­low this com­po­nent, then it is bet­ter to choose Jaw­bone. It allows you to com­pare with­in one appli­ca­tion how many calo­ries you burned dur­ing the day and how much you con­sumed.
