Tatyana, using a sim­ple exam­ple of stars, showed how quick­ly you can deter­mine the type of tem­pera­ment in the tele­vi­sion mag­a­zine “Every­thing will be kind” on STB.

The psy­chol­o­gist also gave use­ful nutri­tion­al advice to all the stars par­tic­i­pat­ing in the exper­i­ment. It turns out that the cho­ler­ic per­son needs to give up quick snacks and stretch the meal for at least 20 min­utes to feel full. But phleg­mat­ic — on the con­trary, you should not stay at din­ner longer than 20 min­utes.
