1. Dumbbell bench press

Lie on your back on a bench with dumbbells in each hand. Raise your arms up, then lower the dumbbells to chest level, as shown in the photo. Then return your hands to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

2. Push-ups from the floor

Spread your arms slightly wider than your shoulders, and legs close to each other. Your body should form a straight line from head to toe. Press until your chest almost touches the floor. Keep your shoulders at a 45 degree angle to your body. Hold for a couple of seconds, then return to the starting position. Do 10 pushups.
3. Incline Dumbbell Press

Sit on an adjustable bench press with your feet flat on the floor. Tilt the bench 15–30 degrees. Take two dumbbells and hold them above your shoulders. The arms should be straight. Slowly lower the dumbbells down along your chest. Hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Do 10 reps.

4. Exercise “Flying dumbbells”

Lie on your back on a horizontal bench with your feet flat on the floor. Hold the dumbbells over your shoulders with your elbows slightly bent. Slowly withdraw the dumbbells until you feel tension in the pectoral muscles. Return to the starting position and repeat this exercise 10 times.
