4 exercises for beautiful breasts

All girls dream of beau­ti­ful and firm breasts. But how to achieve the desired result? We offer you 4 sim­ple exer­cis­es that you can per­form both in the gym and at home.

1. Dumbbell bench press

Lie on your back on a bench with dumb­bells in each hand. Raise your arms up, then low­er the dumb­bells to chest lev­el, as shown in the pho­to. Then return your hands to the start­ing posi­tion. Repeat the exer­cise 10 times.

2. Push-ups from the floor

Spread your arms slight­ly wider than your shoul­ders, and legs close to each oth­er. Your body should form a straight line from head to toe. Press until your chest almost touch­es the floor. Keep your shoul­ders at a 45 degree angle to your body. Hold for a cou­ple of sec­onds, then return to the start­ing posi­tion. Do 10 pushups.

3. Incline Dumbbell Press

Sit on an adjustable bench press with your feet flat on the floor. Tilt the bench 15–30 degrees. Take two dumb­bells and hold them above your shoul­ders. The arms should be straight. Slow­ly low­er the dumb­bells down along your chest. Hold for a few sec­onds and return to the start­ing posi­tion. Do 10 reps.

4. Exercise “Flying dumbbells”

Lie on your back on a hor­i­zon­tal bench with your feet flat on the floor. Hold the dumb­bells over your shoul­ders with your elbows slight­ly bent. Slow­ly with­draw the dumb­bells until you feel ten­sion in the pec­toral mus­cles. Return to the start­ing posi­tion and repeat this exer­cise 10 times.
