Food gives our body energy, gives the body strength. And if you eat right, food can become a source of good health or a kind of “magic pill” for many ailments.
To do this, you need to know what food and at what time to take. Specialists in the field of nutrition, experts in the secrets of Ayurveda, Chinese and Tibetan medicine claim that products give the necessary energy boost to our body depending on the season: spring, summer, autumn or winter. It is this diet that has long been considered a source of good health.
So, according to Ayurveda, all food products are divided into two types: warming up our body and cooling.
For example, in the summer you should not drink ice-cold drinks — this depresses the digestive fire, and nutrients are poorly absorbed.

It is better to drink better slightly chilled water, drinks with lemon, lime, mint and green tea. Not everyone also knows that white rice should not be eaten in cold weather — it cools the body. That is why rice is so popular in hot eastern countries. But brown rice, buckwheat, beans, lentils will warm the body.
Of course, the products must be combined in order to saturate the body with the energy and vitamins that it needs.
