Have you been working at the computer for a long time, does your head hurt and “does not cook”? Relax and do a self-massage!

Here are a few simple tricks available to absolutely anyone. The movements should be strong, but not too fast or abrupt.
1. Bend your fingers slightly, as if holding an apple in your hand. Run over the head with the pads of your fingers and the palm of your hand from the front of the scalp to the back of the head. Slowly and rhythmically, several times.
2. Massage your temples with three fingers, making circular movements in a clockwise direction.
3. To restore blood circulation and relax the muscles, massage the back of the head and the back of the neck in circles, applying pressure with your fingertips.
Ten minutes is enough — and you will help not only a tired head, but the whole body as a whole!
