Modern men are concerned about their appearance no less than the beautiful half of society.

This is especially true of the physique. Scientists even came up with a name for a new phenomenon, designated as “muscle dysmorphism.” Every year more and more men suffer from this diagnosis. The stronger sex is dissatisfied with their appearance, and many men are literally obsessed with building muscle mass and muscles as quickly as possible. Dissatisfaction with your body eventually develops into a psychological problem, experts say.

Experts attribute this to the fact that many representatives of the stronger sex cannot accept their body and are unhappy with their figure. To look even more attractive, they are ready to take steroids and use other methods to achieve the desired result.

But such drastic measures threaten ultimately with health problems. Especially if starvation is also connected to all other efforts to change your body.
