Instead of salted peanuts and crackers, take cashews, almonds or walnuts with you. Although they are high in calories (about 650 kilocalories per 100 grams), they are very useful. In addition, nuts perfectly satisfy the feeling of hunger.
Healthy drink
Ditch carbonated drinks in favor of low-fat yogurt, fruit juice or regular tea. Such a drink is much healthier than sweet soda, which provokes diseases of the digestive tract and obesity.
Fruit
Low-calorie and affordable fruits are a lifeline for those who monitor their health. Take a few tangerines, apples or bananas to the cinema, and while watching the movie, your body will receive a huge dose of vitamins and essential trace elements.
If you find it difficult to resist popcorn, limit yourself to the smallest portion. Remember, various fillers, for example, caramel, increase the calorie content of this delicacy several times.
