In spring, as in autumn, many of us experience blues, feel unwell, causeless fatigue and apathy.

“Lisa” will tell you how to deal with spring depression and restore your vigor and good mood with the help of folk remedies. We present three express recipes based on medicinal herbs:
- Take 2 tbsp. Ivan tea leaves and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water. Put on fire and bring to a boil, then remove from the stove and let it brew for 30–40 minutes. Strain the infusion and take 1/3 cup 3–4 times a day half an hour before meals. The course should last at least 2–3 weeks.
- 10 g of crushed dry bearberry leaves (bear ears) pour a glass of boiling water. Heat in a water bath for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, wrap the container with broth well and let it brew for 30 minutes. After that, strain the infusion and consume 1 tbsp. 5–6 times a day half an hour before meals for 2–3 weeks.
- Pour 4–5 tbsp. crushed strawberry leaves with 1 liter of boiling water and leave to infuse for 2 hours. After that, strain the infusion and drink 1/3 cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
