With the onset of the cold season, the issue of strengthening immunity becomes more relevant. In the autumn-winter season, doctors recommend taking vitamin complexes and drugs to prevent colds.

However, there is a more effective and safer way to strengthen your immune system. For help, you just need to turn to proven folk remedies that will not only strengthen the body’s defenses, but also help relieve stress, improve sleep, memory and performance.

Rowan infusion

Take 2 tbsp. dried rowan berries and pour them with 2 cups of boiling water. The infusion should be infused for 20 minutes, after which it must be filtered and consumed before meals 3–4 times a day for half a cup. Adding honey to mountain ash infusion greatly increases its healing properties.

Take the same parts of the dried string, chamomile flowers and strawberry leaves. Pour one tablespoon of dry vitamin collection with a glass of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. After that, strain and drink 2–3 times a day instead of tea.

Rosehip tea

Rose hips are just a storehouse of vitamin C, so rose hip tea is an excellent way to strengthen the immune system. Pour 20–30 rose hips with a liter of boiling water and insist in a glass dish or thermos. Strain the finished rosehip broth and dilute with hot tea in a ratio of 1: 1. You can add honey or sugar if you like.
