How to strengthen nails

Repeat­ed stain­ing of nails, the use of house­hold chem­i­cals great­ly weak­en the nails. To strength­en them, you need quite a bit of time.

In a glass bowl, mix 2 tea­spoons of cas­tor or almond oil, 2 drops of lemon essen­tial oil and 1 tea­spoon of cal­en­du­la oil. Apply a mix­ture of oils on each nail and leave for 10–15 min­utes. Do it 1–2 times a week, prefer­ably at bed­time.
Pour 1/3 cup of slight­ly warm veg­etable oil into a cup and add 5 drops of iodine there, mix well. Then dip your fin­gers into the mix­ture for 5 min­utes. Wipe off with a cloth. Do at least 3 times a week using the same oil.

Mix 1/2 tea­spoon of ground red pep­per with 1 tea­spoon of any oily hand cream, smear nails with an even lay­er. Wash off with water after 15 min­utes.
This tool enhances the growth of nails.
