Toma­to is a pow­er­ful antiox­i­dant and meta­bol­ic cat­a­lyst. Toma­toes are good for the kid­neys, and the tyra­mine they con­tain improves mood.

Ingre­di­ents: 3 toma­toes, 1/2 cel­ery root, 1 head of broc­coli, 2 cloves of gar­lic, 1 car­rot, herbs.

Veg­eta­bles (except gar­lic) coarse­ly chopped and boiled in salt­ed water until ten­der. Grind with a blender, adding gar­lic. Salt, pep­per, sea­son with lemon juice.
