I want to enter the new year renewed, beautiful, healthy. After all, it is not in vain that they say how you celebrate the New Year, so you will spend it. And to meet the holiday with a radiant beauty, we offer you some simple but effective recipes for homemade cosmetics.

Sweet pumpkin scrub. Mix in a small bowl: 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup sugar, a pinch of cinnamon. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Apply to the body with gentle, rotating movements. Then rinse your skin with warm water. This scrub gently exfoliates dead skin and restores it.
Pumpkin “pie” for legs and arms. This scrub for hands and feet will remove rough skin. After it, the skin will become soft and moisturized. Mix in a bowl: 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp. spoons of cane sugar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of oil (jojoba, grape seed, almond or olive), 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 drop of natural vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Rub the mixture into the feet and hands, pay special attention to hardened places and cuticles. Leave the mixture on the skin for 15–20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Vanilla coffee scrub. Take 50 g of white rice and coffee beans, 1 vanilla pod or a pinch of vanilla sugar, 1 cup of natural yogurt. Grind rice, coffee, vanilla into a homogeneous powder in a coffee grinder. Then pour into a small bowl and add a little warm water to make a paste. Apply to body and rub vigorously. Then rinse off the paste with water and cover the treated areas with a thin layer of yogurt to moisturize the skin. Hold for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

Nourishing foot scrub. Take 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sea salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soda, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup applesauce or other fruit puree. Mix puree, honey and vinegar in a bowl. Add lemon juice, then add salt and soda, mix thoroughly. Apply to clean feet and rub vigorously. Fruit acids will soften corns and remove dead cells, and honey will nourish the skin. Leave for 5 minutes.

Body mask from seaweed gives the skin a radiant even color, makes stretch marks and age spots less noticeable. Pour 200 g of chopped dry sea kale in an enameled container with hot water, let it brew under the lid for half an hour. Filter, drain the liquid, mix 2 tbsp. spoons of freshly ground coffee, 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Apply a thick layer of a mask on a wet body, wash off after 20 minutes under a contrast shower.
