How to clean yourself up with homemade recipes

I want to enter the new year renewed, beau­ti­ful, healthy. After all, it is not in vain that they say how you cel­e­brate the New Year, so you will spend it. And to meet the hol­i­day with a radi­ant beau­ty, we offer you some sim­ple but effec­tive recipes for home­made cos­met­ics.

Sweet pump­kin scrub. Mix in a small bowl: 1 cup pump­kin puree, 1 cup sug­ar, a pinch of cin­na­mon. Mix every­thing until a homo­ge­neous mass is obtained. Apply to the body with gen­tle, rotat­ing move­ments. Then rinse your skin with warm water. This scrub gen­tly exfo­li­ates dead skin and restores it.
Pump­kin “pie” for legs and arms. This scrub for hands and feet will remove rough skin. After it, the skin will become soft and mois­tur­ized. Mix in a bowl: 1/4 cup pump­kin puree, 2 tbsp. spoons of cane sug­ar, 3 tbsp. table­spoons of oil (jojo­ba, grape seed, almond or olive), 1 pinch of cin­na­mon, 1 drop of nat­ur­al vanil­la extract. Mix all ingre­di­ents thor­ough­ly. Rub the mix­ture into the feet and hands, pay spe­cial atten­tion to hard­ened places and cuti­cles. Leave the mix­ture on the skin for 15–20 min­utes and rinse with warm water.

Vanil­la cof­fee scrub. Take 50 g of white rice and cof­fee beans, 1 vanil­la pod or a pinch of vanil­la sug­ar, 1 cup of nat­ur­al yogurt. Grind rice, cof­fee, vanil­la into a homo­ge­neous pow­der in a cof­fee grinder. Then pour into a small bowl and add a lit­tle warm water to make a paste. Apply to body and rub vig­or­ous­ly. Then rinse off the paste with water and cov­er the treat­ed areas with a thin lay­er of yogurt to mois­tur­ize the skin. Hold for 5 min­utes and rinse with water.

Nour­ish­ing foot scrub. Take 1 tea­spoon of hon­ey, 1 tea­spoon of apple cider vine­gar, 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of sea salt, 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of soda, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup apple­sauce or oth­er fruit puree. Mix puree, hon­ey and vine­gar in a bowl. Add lemon juice, then add salt and soda, mix thor­ough­ly. Apply to clean feet and rub vig­or­ous­ly. Fruit acids will soft­en corns and remove dead cells, and hon­ey will nour­ish the skin. Leave for 5 min­utes.

Body mask from sea­weed gives the skin a radi­ant even col­or, makes stretch marks and age spots less notice­able. Pour 200 g of chopped dry sea kale in an enam­eled con­tain­er with hot water, let it brew under the lid for half an hour. Fil­ter, drain the liq­uid, mix 2 tbsp. spoons of fresh­ly ground cof­fee, 2 tea­spoons of oat­meal and 1 tbsp. table­spoon olive oil and apple cider vine­gar. Apply a thick lay­er of a mask on a wet body, wash off after 20 min­utes under a con­trast show­er.
