Pump­kin looks like a sim­ple veg­etable, but it is actu­al­ly very healthy. Pump­kin con­tains a lot of vit­a­mins, pectins, carotene, sug­ars, and fiber. All this is so nec­es­sary for our body. There are pro­teins in the pump­kin, with­out which it is impos­si­ble to think about health, there are enzymes, min­er­al salts of potas­si­um, cal­ci­um, mag­ne­sium, cop­per, iron, phos­pho­rus, cobalt.
