Everyone decides this question for himself. According to nutritionists, the ideal breakfast includes carbohydrates that give us energy and proteins that improve metabolism. Compare your breakfast food to nutritionists’ recommendations.

Kashi

Definitely cereals are in the first place among nutritionists. Buckwheat, corn or rice porridge will provide you with a boost of energy in the morning. If ordinary porridge is too boring for you, add candied fruit or fresh fruit to it. It is better to cook porridge right for breakfast, and not warm up yesterday’s.

Fruit

Doctors believe that the “right” breakfast is the one after which the feeling of hunger does not bother you for 3–4 hours. That’s why an apple or a banana isn’t the perfect morning meal. In addition, fruits increase the acidity in the body, and this is further fraught with problems with the pancreas. Of course, the benefits of fruits are obvious and undeniable, but it is better to use them with something more substantial, for example, with porridge.

Muesli

If you are an energetic and active person and have a minimum of free time, then breakfast with muesli is ideal for you. First, muesli is immediately ready to eat. All that is required of you is just to fill them with milk or yogurt. And if you add pieces of fruit, nuts or a spoonful of honey to muesli, then such a breakfast will not only be healthy, but also very tasty.

Omelet or scrambled eggs

If you are used to the fact that you need to thoroughly refresh yourself in the morning, and you hate cereals since childhood, then cook an omelette with fresh herbs for breakfast. You will get almost the same amount of proteins and carbohydrates as from muesli, but you will have a feeling of satiety for much longer.

And of course, don’t forget the liquid. In the morning it is useful to drink fresh juices, herbal teas (preferably without sugar), plain water with a spoonful of honey. Start eating breakfast “correctly” and you will notice that not only your well-being has improved, but also your appearance.
