7 recipes for fasting day


A fast­ing day is a very good well­ness event. How­ev­er, if on the eve of such a day and after it you eat to sati­ety, noth­ing good will come of it. Brew it with water in por­tions of 50–100 grams. You can use a ther­mos, a dou­ble boil­er. There are meth­ods accord­ing to which buck­wheat is poured with one per­cent kefir.
