Diet for a flat stomach

To get rid of excess fat on the abdomen and sides, it is impor­tant to change your diet. No twists, mag­ic belts, hala hoops, corsets and spe­cial exer­cis­es will not help you.
What can you eat?

Fruit only before lunch as a snack.

Veg­eta­bles can be at any time, at least 1 large fresh sal­ad per day.

3 dishes with history: tempura vegetables, waldorf salad, minestrone

Por­ridge — “good” car­bo­hy­drates — oat­meal, buck­wheat, whole rice, mil­let, bar­ley. Not allowed: white rice, semoli­na.

Pro­teins are meat, poul­try, fish, legumes, cot­tage cheese, egg white.

The fol­low­ing menu works well (meals 4 times a day):
Morn­ing — mess.
Snack is fruit.
In the after­noon — sal­ad + car­bo­hy­drates (whole grain bread, por­ridge) + pro­tein.
Snack — kefir, cot­tage cheese.
In the evening — pro­tein + veg­eta­bles.
