To get rid of excess fat on the abdomen and sides, it is important to change your diet. No twists, magic belts, hala hoops, corsets and special exercises will not help you.

Porridge — “good” carbohydrates — oatmeal, buckwheat, whole rice, millet, barley. Not allowed: white rice, semolina.

The following menu works well (meals 4 times a day):
Morning — mess.
Snack is fruit.
In the afternoon — salad + carbohydrates (whole grain bread, porridge) + protein.
Snack — kefir, cottage cheese.
In the evening — protein + vegetables.
