According to statistics, Ukrainians begin to actively consume milk in autumn, because it is a source of vitamins. It is during this period that sales increase, but, unfortunately, the number of cases of poisoning in hospitals also increases. How to choose high-quality and healthy milk was told by the technologist and expert of Good Sign Andrey Babaev on the air of the program “Everything will be kind” on STB.

When choosing milk in a refrigerated display case, carefully look at the labeling on the packaging, the manufacturer must necessarily issue an inscription that will help you understand — what is in front of you — milk, a dairy product or a milk-containing product. It depends on how you will use this milk. Also pay attention to the packaging of milk, it is better to buy in glass and cardboard packages, since milk spoils faster in polyethylene. Increasingly, there are fortified dairy products with useful additives: “fortified milk”, “milk enriched with vitamin C, calcium”, “milk with lactulose”.

In my opinion, it is these dairy products that should be preferred. Since the additional introduction of essential nutrients into milk, which are lacking in our body, helps to solve not only the problem of their deficiency, but with regular use improves our health.
