I dreamed of losing weight for a long time, but all my attempts were unsuccessful, even sports did not help. Once an employee told about the magic diet of Pierre Dukan, and I decided to try.
The main menu is protein and vegetables. Completely eliminate carbohydrates and fats. The diet consists of 4 stages.
The first stage is the attack. Lost 2 kg in 3 days. At this stage, you can eat lean meat, poultry, any fish and seafood, dairy products 0–1% fat, chicken eggs. Meat and fish baked, stewed, boiled, fried without oil. Sometimes I spoiled myself with crab sticks.
The second stage is alternation. Its duration is until the desired result is achieved. I dropped 6 kg. During this period, you need to alternate days of pure protein and protein-vegetables. You can eat any vegetables except potatoes, peas, beans, lentils, avocados. Baked vegetables, stewed without oil, boiled. It was possible to add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil after cooking or to a salad. I used garlic, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, adjika, any spices as a seasoning.
The next step is to consolidate the result. The essence of which is that each lost kilogram must be “fixed” for 10 days. I began to gradually introduce foods with a higher energy value into the diet. On the day I ate a portion of fruit (except bananas, grapes and cherries), 40 g of hard cheese and 2 slices of bread. Twice a week I allowed myself a portion of rice, pasta, potatoes, peas or beans. But necessarily on Thursday I arranged only a protein day.
The fourth stage is weight stabilization. You can not adhere to special restrictions on food, but one day a week should still be protein. I ate 3 tbsp daily. spoons of oat bran.
In addition, I drank at least 1.5 liters of still water. I gave up on the elevator. I took vitamins.
The first two stages passed without any complications.
As a result, I lost 8 kg. And most importantly, my way of thinking has changed in terms of food choices. The main thing is that the food is not fatty and with the right carbohydrates.
