How to lose weight with meat and vegetables

The issue of weight loss is always rel­e­vant for women. Our read­er shared her expe­ri­ence of how she lost weight with the help of meat and veg­eta­bles.

I dreamed of los­ing weight for a long time, but all my attempts were unsuc­cess­ful, even sports did not help. Once an employ­ee told about the mag­ic diet of Pierre Dukan, and I decid­ed to try.

The main menu is pro­tein and veg­eta­bles. Com­plete­ly elim­i­nate car­bo­hy­drates and fats. The diet con­sists of 4 stages.

The first stage is the attack. Lost 2 kg in 3 days. At this stage, you can eat lean meat, poul­try, any fish and seafood, dairy prod­ucts 0–1% fat, chick­en eggs. Meat and fish baked, stewed, boiled, fried with­out oil. Some­times I spoiled myself with crab sticks.

The sec­ond stage is alter­na­tion. Its dura­tion is until the desired result is achieved. I dropped 6 kg. Dur­ing this peri­od, you need to alter­nate days of pure pro­tein and pro­tein-veg­eta­bles. You can eat any veg­eta­bles except pota­toes, peas, beans, lentils, avo­ca­dos. Baked veg­eta­bles, stewed with­out oil, boiled. It was pos­si­ble to add 1 tea­spoon of veg­etable oil after cook­ing or to a sal­ad. I used gar­lic, soy sauce, mus­tard, vine­gar, adji­ka, any spices as a sea­son­ing.

The next step is to con­sol­i­date the result. The essence of which is that each lost kilo­gram must be “fixed” for 10 days. I began to grad­u­al­ly intro­duce foods with a high­er ener­gy val­ue into the diet. On the day I ate a por­tion of fruit (except bananas, grapes and cher­ries), 40 g of hard cheese and 2 slices of bread. Twice a week I allowed myself a por­tion of rice, pas­ta, pota­toes, peas or beans. But nec­es­sar­i­ly on Thurs­day I arranged only a pro­tein day.

The fourth stage is weight sta­bi­liza­tion. You can not adhere to spe­cial restric­tions on food, but one day a week should still be pro­tein. I ate 3 tbsp dai­ly. spoons of oat bran.

In addi­tion, I drank at least 1.5 liters of still water. I gave up on the ele­va­tor. I took vit­a­mins.

The first two stages passed with­out any com­pli­ca­tions.

As a result, I lost 8 kg. And most impor­tant­ly, my way of think­ing has changed in terms of food choic­es. The main thing is that the food is not fat­ty and with the right car­bo­hy­drates.
