Not all curvaceous girls tend to get rid of them. Perhaps they do not always find understanding in the eyes of others, because being slim and fit is a trend. Nevertheless, there are quite reasonable reasons for not wanting to lose weight, which you can’t argue with.

My fullness is my highlight

Fullness was not always considered a disadvantage. Remember how many famous paintings by great artists depict puffy beauties that you never get tired of admiring. Marilyn Monroe has never been thin, Melissa McCarthy conquered Hollywood thanks to her appetizing forms, the charm of actress Irina Pegova is precisely in her fullness, and it is also difficult to imagine Ruslan Pysanka in the 44th size. A well-chosen wardrobe, a healthy complexion, a radiant look, self-confidence and a bright personality — these are the components of the attractiveness of fat women. Why should they lose weight if they are already irresistible?

I do not want to lose weight, but my loved ones …

It often happens that we are forced to go on a diet by a perfectionist mom, girlfriends who are obsessed with diets, or a guy who wants his girlfriend to look like a model from the cover of a glossy magazine. In this case, the desire to lose weight is not ours at all, but our loved ones. And before you go on about them, you should think carefully. Perhaps you need not to fight overweight, but to sort out your relationships with loved ones. And by the way, if your boyfriend or husband insists that you get the perfect shape, most likely he will not stop there. And he will always find what else can be “improved”. Think about whether you need such a relationship. A happy union is only one in which you are accepted for who you are, right?

Healthy fullness

If you do not want to lose weight and are sure that this is normal and you have a healthy acceptable weight, use the body mass index (BMI) formula. Body weight in kilograms should be divided by height in meters squared (kg/m2). The result from 18.5 to 25 is the norm. BMI less than 30 — acceptable fullness, above 30 — obesity.
