Everyone knows that you need to have breakfast, but not everyone has enough time for this. But, as nutritionists say, breakfast is simply necessary for many reasons. Most importantly, breakfast starts our metabolism in the morning, thanks to which we become alert, energetic and efficient. But for breakfast to have all these magical properties, you need to choose the right foods for it. First, it must be something light. For example, I have two soft-boiled eggs and, when I have time to cook, I add a little vegetable salad to them — it turns out to be satisfying, easy, and healthy. If I want something sweet in the morning, I eat ready-made cereal or crispy, my favorites are AXA Muesli Crispy, especially since they have a huge advantage over all other types of breakfast — you do not need to spend precious morning time preparing them. Therefore, I always keep ready-made breakfast cereals in my kitchen. And for a snack at work, ready-made muesli is a great solution.

When I have time, I like to add home-made fruit smoothies or yogurt to muesli, but I can eat them just like that, without anything, I just try to chew thoroughly: maybe not ideal 33 times, but at least fifteen. There are a lot of varieties of ready-made breakfast cereals on the market, but my favorite is granola or crispy — a baked oatmeal mixture with fruits, nuts, berries, chocolate — one of the healthy eating trends. And what is especially important for me is a delicious trend. After all, one of the most important rules of healthy eating says: food should be enjoyed. And if you force yourself to eat a green salad through force, it will definitely not bring any benefit, rather, on the contrary. But crispy is just the case when it is both tasty and healthy.

After trying several varieties of granola from different manufacturers, I chose AXA products for several reasons. Firstly, and most importantly, I like them to taste and can compete with desserts. Secondly, krispy is a great alternative to cakes, sweets and chocolates. And finally, they can be found in almost any nearby supermarket, for example, on the way to work. And since I’m used to reading labels and controlling what I eat, it’s easier for me to buy an already proven product and not waste time learning a new one. And last but not least, AXA Muesli Crispy comes in four varieties: with tropical fruits, berry, fruit-nut and chocolate, so there will definitely not be a boring monotony.
