7 recipes for joint pain


More than half of the world’s pop­u­la­tion suf­fers from joint pain after 35 years. You need to cook it like this: take 1 glass of cinque­foil grass and fill it with alco­hol (alco­hol must be dilut­ed with water 1: 1 so that there is no burn). We leave for 2 weeks (10 days is pos­si­ble) in a dark place, peri­od­i­cal­ly shak­ing the jar of tinc­ture.
