
More than half of the world’s population suffers from joint pain after 35 years. These pains are short-term or prolonged, weak or intense, local or widespread — but they all significantly reduce the quality of life. Folk remedies from bee deadness, dog rose, cinquefoil will help get rid of pain or alleviate them.

Prepare an alcoholic extract of subpestilence (tincture). Fall asleep dead bees in a jar, mark the level with a marker and pour vodka 2 cm above the mark. Infuse for 7 days (periodically shaking), drain, filter and pour into a dark glass bottle. Use to prevent aging and cleanse the body at the rate of 1 drop per year of life. Divide this amount into two parts and take 2 times a day after meals with water. The course is held 2 times a year.

The remaining deadwood is used for compresses for pain in the joints. Podmore steam in the fabric, put on the sore spot, cover with medical paper and tie with an elastic bandage. The duration of the procedure is up to 15–30 minutes, depending on the condition.

Before going to bed, rub the ointment into the sore spot. Take internal pork fat and freshly squeezed golden mustache juice 1: 3, mix. Store the ointment in a cool place. Rub the sore spot 1 time before going to bed for 10–12 minutes with light circular movements and then do not cover it with anything.

Tea will help with joint pain. To prepare it, take 50 g of rose hips, 30 g of birch leaves, 20 g of willow bark and juniper fruits, 15 g of black currant fruits and serpentine flowers, 2 tbsp. Spoons of the mixture pour 1 liter of boiling water, cover and leave overnight. Warm up in the morning and drink warm 1–2 glasses a day.
So that the joints do not crackle. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of rose hips with a glass of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes, strain and drink half a glass 3 times a day.
For the treatment of diseased joints. Take 50 g of rosehip roots per 0.5 l of vodka, leave for 18–20 days. You will get a beautiful fragrant liquid, which should be taken 1 teaspoon 3 times a day before meals.

Very effective tincture of cinquefoil. You need to cook it like this: take 1 glass of cinquefoil grass and fill it with alcohol (alcohol must be diluted with water 1: 1 so that there is no burn). We leave for 2 weeks (10 days is possible) in a dark place, periodically shaking the jar of tincture. After 2 weeks, pour the required amount of product through a sieve — put the rest in the refrigerator. Use in the form of rubbing the joints of the hands, feet and for back pain.

Compress based on honey with severe pain in the knees. I smear the sore spot with a layer of honey, put gauze and cellophane soaked in cinquefoil tincture on top. Keep the compress for about an hour.
In the initial stage of joint disease, you can and should do special exercises.
