The recipe for this mag­i­cal soup was cre­at­ed by Amer­i­can sur­geons. The fact is that in patients of sur­gi­cal clin­ics who were over­weight, wound heal­ing was much slow­er than in thin peo­ple. So the sur­geons had to invent a quick and effec­tive, and most impor­tant­ly, harm­less way to reduce weight. Dur­ing the peri­od of prepa­ra­tion for the oper­a­tion, patients were offered to con­sume veg­etable soup, which con­tains care­ful­ly select­ed ingre­di­ents, for a week. This diet soup removes excess flu­id from the body, breaks down fats. As a result, in 7 days (name­ly, the diet is designed for so much) it takes sev­er­al kilo­grams. The result is pure­ly indi­vid­ual.

Eat cel­ery soup for weight loss through­out the day in any amount when you feel like eat­ing or just some­thing to snack on. Thanks to the “neg­a­tive” calo­rie con­tent of cel­ery and its oth­er prop­er­ties, metab­o­lism is accel­er­at­ed and weight is reduced.

There are already a huge num­ber of vari­a­tions on the theme of cel­ery soup “wan­der­ing” around the world, but the main ingre­di­ents remain almost unchanged:

1. White cab­bage — 1 small head.

2. A small cel­ery root and a bunch of green cel­ery stalks

3. Bul­gar­i­an pep­per — 3 pcs.

4. Onion — 5 pcs.

5. Car­rots — 3 pcs.

6. Toma­toes — 1 liter of toma­toes in their own juice.

7. Greens to taste.

8. Soy sauce.

9. Veg­etable oil — 2 tbsp. spoons

Cook­ing:

In veg­etable oil, sauté onions, cut into rings, add toma­toes with juice, sim­mer for 3–4 min­utes. Cut cab­bage, sweet pep­per, cel­ery root, its stalks into large pieces, grate car­rots. Put all the veg­eta­bles in a 3–4 liter saucepan. Bring to a boil and sim­mer for 15 min­utes, then reduce heat and sim­mer for anoth­er 30 min­utes. Add herbs to taste. Add soy sauce to bowl before serv­ing.

How­ev­er, cook­ing cel­ery soup is only half the bat­tle. To lose weight, you need to eat it right.

1 day. Soup in any quan­ti­ty plus any fruit except bananas. Drinks with­out sug­ar in any quan­ti­ty. Don’t for­get clean water.

Day 2 Eat soup as much as you like, Eat raw veg­eta­bles, baked pota­toes. Fruit is pro­hib­it­ed. Drink as much water as on the first day.

Day 3 Eat soup (you can puree it if you wish), fruits and fresh, boiled, stewed veg­eta­bles (a lot) with the excep­tion of grapes, corn, banana. By this day, you should lose an aver­age of 3 kg.

Day 4. Soup puree from cel­ery in any quan­ti­ty. Fruits and veg­eta­bles are allowed, 3 bananas are allowed. And don’t for­get to drink water through­out the day. Water pro­motes weight loss. You can also drink low-fat milk.

Day 5 Soup in the morn­ing and evening. For lunch — lean veal (400 g) and fresh toma­toes. Toma­toes — in fore­head quan­ti­ty. Keep drink­ing plen­ty of water.

Day 6 All day eat cel­ery soup, lean beef (300–400 g) with veg­eta­bles when you feel hun­gry. Add dill and pars­ley to soup. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.

Day 7 At one meal, eat a serv­ing of brown rice, veg­eta­bles (raw). And, yes, don’t for­get the soup — in unlim­it­ed quan­ti­ties.
