How to survive the cold without colds, bronchitis and tonsillitis? Engage in strengthening the body’s defenses. A strong immune system will become a reliable shield against viruses and bacteria.
1. Eat right
Give up exhausting diets and definitely forget about starvation. A balanced diet, rich in all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements necessary for the body, is the main condition for health.
