2. Discipline yourself

We live in constant time trouble, but we need to learn how to organize our day in such a way as to avoid unnecessary stress and overwork. To do everything without undermining your health, the rules of time management will help. Take them to arms.

3. Rest and get enough sleep

Adequate sleep is of great importance for immunity. Remember, the hours from ten in the evening to two in the morning are considered the most valuable for restoring the body.

4. Go in for sports

Physical activity is an excellent prevention of colds and sore throats. If it is not possible to sign up for a sports section or a fitness club, just do morning or evening exercises. Let it be the simplest exercises. The main thing is that they are regular.

5. Go outside

Walking in the park with your family, a friend, your loved one, or alone with your thoughts is a great way to relax and gain strength. Ideal if you have the opportunity to play sports in nature. So the body receives twice as much oxygen.

Dry and warm air contributes to the drying of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, in which viruses and bacteria actively begin to multiply. Buy a humidifier and ventilate the room regularly. It is recommended to adhere to the daytime air temperature of 18–22 degrees, and at night 16–20 degrees at 40–70% humidity.

8. Smile more!

A positive mental attitude is essential for health. It helps to strengthen the immune system, good mood and self-confidence.

Competent treatment is also a kind of prevention of recurrent diseases. With frequent sore throats, for example, when choosing a medicine, pay attention to the fact that it not only relieves a sore throat, but also eliminates inflammation and prevents repeated sore throats.
