Negative calorie foods are those foods for which our body spends more calories to process than these foods contain. For example:
When eating celery, a person loses more calories than they consume, and in order to digest 100 grams of green salad, which contains 35 calories, the body needs to spend as much as 150 calories. This creates 115 negative calories.

The body spends a lot of energy on digesting vegetables: asparagus, zucchini, cauliflower, celery, beets, cabbage, cucumber, dandelion, garlic, green beans, arugula, onions, radishes, spinach and sorrel. Of the berries — strawberries, apples, hard pear varieties, plums, watermelon, currants, raspberries, blueberries take a lot of energy to digest.
In order for energy to be wasted, you should not drastically change your diet, it is enough to stick to the main points in your usual rhythm. First, eat fruits and vegetables in their raw form, chew for a long time and thoroughly. Secondly, combine products correctly. For example: proteins with fiber or carbohydrates with fiber. Thirdly, do not drink food while chewing. It is also worth considering that at one time it is more useful to eat no more than 3–4 types of products. Do not add sugar, honey and other carbohydrates to your meals. Do not expose vegetables and cereals to too long heat treatment and add greens to dishes more often. The main thing is that you have a mindset not only to lose weight, but also to be healthy. Then everything will work out. You’ll see!
