1. Provide yourself with the necessary amount of sunlight
Why is this for your body? 20 minutes of sunlight a day guarantees the daily intake of vitamin D. It is necessary for the absorption of calcium, the proper functioning of the brain, immune and hormonal systems. Don’t sit in the office all day, go outside. Just 20 minutes of sunlight a day will do what even a pack of expensive vitamins can’t.

2. Evening walks are the best remedy for insomnia
Make it a rule to take daily evening walks for 1.5 hours (30–40 minutes are enough in winter). The influx of oxygen will improve brain function. Evening walks are the key to sound healthy sleep, during which the body can fully recover and become more resistant to disease.
3. Move as much as possible
Among the options for recreation: lie down, sit and walk — always choose the latter. Thus, you will maintain muscle tone and lose extra pounds.

4. Be sure to spend the weekend in motion
Especially if your working day is spent at the computer, you sit all 8 hours and even more. Choose the type of activity that you like the most. Look at the world around. It is not necessary to travel to distant countries. There are many interesting places in your city that you have not visited yet. You can organize cycling, skateboarding, roller skating, play tennis or football with friends.
5. Rethink your food system
Diverse, but simple food will saturate the body with energy and strengthen health. Focus on vegetables and fruits, dairy and sour-milk products, do not abuse sausages and smoked meats. Try to bake fish and meat more often and less often fry. From confectionery, choose products with a reduced content of sugar and fat.
