How to accustom yourself to a healthy lifestyle in 21 days: a plan of action

There is an opin­ion that if you repeat the same action for 21 days in a row, it starts up in the sub­con­scious, and we begin to per­form it auto­mat­i­cal­ly. Of course, in such a short peri­od of time, it is unlike­ly that it will be pos­si­ble to ful­ly form a new habit, but it should be pos­si­ble to instill in your­self a love for a new lifestyle and feel its many ben­e­fits.

If you are deter­mined to chal­lenge your­self and set out to rad­i­cal­ly change your life, then it will be use­ful to walk through the basic prin­ci­ples of a healthy lifestyle.
