Due to the so-called salt deposits, many joint diseases develop. For their prevention, it is recommended to clean the joints. This method can be used both at the beginning of the disease and in the advanced stage. But keep in mind that with strong pain, you need to be patient, as the treatment will be slow and difficult.

Peeling potatoes is the easiest way and is very helpful for arthritis. Cut well-washed unpeeled potatoes weighing about a kilogram into small pieces, completely cover with water and cook over low heat for about 1.5 hours. The tubers are well boiled, so the water is not drained, but filtered with a strainer. Squeeze out the remaining potato pulp and discard.

drink

Drink this decoction every day in a glass before breakfast, lunch and a few hours after dinner. And so two weeks. Then take a break for the same period, after which everything repeats. Another advantage of this method is that potato broth not only restores joints, but also cleanses the intestines and improves its functioning.

Cleaning with black radish and diet is tougher than potatoes. This is due to the use of radish juice, which can increase joint pain. However, such unpleasant manifestations indicate that the purification process is in full swing. For this method, take 10 kg of radish, wash it and pass it through a meat grinder. Radish must be unpeeled, with a peel. Next, squeeze the juice, which is poured into the container, close well and cool in the refrigerator. It should be consumed in a few tablespoons no more than 3 times a day. Juice intake ends with the last drop. By diet is meant the exclusion of fatty and fried foods, eggs, pastries and potatoes. This method, when properly combined with the necessary nutrition, is very effective in the most severe diseases of the joints.

Bay leaf

Many people add bay leaf to different dishes, but few people know that it is useful for cleansing the joints. This process is based on a decoction of bay leaves every few months. To prepare it, pour 5 g of leaves with two cups of boiling water and put on a small fire. Then pour all this into a thermos and leave for at least 4 hours, then strain and consume during the day in small sips. Distribute this infusion for half a day.
Due to possible bleeding, it is forbidden to drink the infusion in large sips or in one gulp. The duration of the course is 3 days. Then a week break and again 3 days of treatment.
