
We all want to always look stunning. There are many ways to achieve this. In the summer, an effective and very tasty eight-day diet helps me get in shape.

Summer diet for a week
Day one — vegetables. Cucumber is not food, but rather an illusion of food. But in combination with vegetable oil and a lot of fresh herbs, cucumbers provide a feeling of satiety for several hours, cleanse the intestines, kidneys, normalize the water-salt balance, stimulate metabolism, cleanse joints and skin.

1. Desired amount of cucumbers — up to 2 kg.
2. Divide cucumbers and greens into 4–5 doses.
3. Eat vegetables without salt.
4. Add unrefined vegetable oil to the salad — no more than 1 tbsp. spoons a day.
5. Drink tea or coffee without sugar, only in the morning. Drink pure water or green tea during the day and evening.
Day two is fruity. In June, a fruit day can be spent with cherries. It contains a large amount of minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, iodine, phosphorus) and vitamins C, PP, B1, B3, B6, E, K — all this makes cherries extremely useful. It improves metabolism, promotes protein synthesis, stimulates the liver, heart, brain, enhances the processes of respiration and cell renewal, frees the body from harmful metabolic products and excess cholesterol.

2. If you feel hungry in the evening, you can drink a glass of low-fat kefir or eat natural yogurt (without fruit additives).
3. Drink the same drinks as on the vegetable day.
The third day is berry. The beautiful strawberry is considered the main carrier of minerals: iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, silicon and copper. Strawberries are rich in vitamins, organic acids and antioxidants. Due to its composition, this magical berry slows down the aging process of the body, helps with diseases of the thyroid gland, liver, kidneys, heart, blood vessels, joints, and is useful for cholelithiasis. It cleanses the body well, activates the metabolism, which contributes to rapid weight loss.

2. In the evening, you can drink a glass of milk, low-fat yogurt or eat natural yogurt.
3. Drinks during the day, use the same as on previous days.
Day four — sour milk. In the morning you can drink tea or coffee without sugar. Next — choose some unsweetened fermented milk drink (1.5–2 liters) and drink it during the day in 5–6 doses. If you really want to eat in the evening, you can afford a little (up to 100 g) low-fat cottage cheese.
Day five — vegetables. Just like on the first day, eat only vegetables, but the “hero of the day” can be young carrots, cabbage, turnips, zucchini or pumpkin.

Day six — fruit and berry. In the morning, tea or coffee without sugar, then you can eat any berries and fruits up to 2 kg per day. Drink water or tea as needed.
Day seven - juice. Perhaps the juice day is the most difficult. Ideally, you need to drink some freshly prepared fruit or berry juice (up to 2 liters) and nothing else! If it is too difficult to drink juices, you can deviate from the ideal option and replace the juices with tea. Until 15 pm drink black tea with milk and honey, then — green tea with honey.
Day eight — exit from the diet. On this day, you need to eat lightly: salads, porridge on the water, vegetable soup, a little sour cream, grain bread and one soft-boiled egg.

Eat berries and fruits as desired. If at the end of the diet you can limit or completely eliminate confectionery and sausages, give up white bread, sugar, canned and fried foods, then over the summer you will lose a decent amount of extra pounds.
Such a “Summer Diet” can be carried out by everyone who does not have diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, after consulting with a doctor.
