Meat food should not be abused. There are studies according to which long-term consumption of the so-called red meat in the amount of 50 g per day increases the risk of colon and pancreatic cancer by 20%.
True, these conclusions were made based on the results of experiments on laboratory animals. Most people will not stop eating meat. Vegetarians are in the minority.

Very useful beef and veal.
It is believed that the fibrous substances of these products strengthen the ligaments and improve the properties of the articular surfaces. The meat of old cows and bulls is especially rich in iron and is recommended by folk medicine as an effective remedy for increasing hemoglobin in anemia (anemia).
There is an opinion that lamb as a whole helps to strengthen tooth enamel. This conclusion was made based on the results of observation of the inhabitants of remote villages, who use exclusively the meat of rams grown there for food. It turned out that in such people the incidence of dental caries is significantly lower than in megacities. However, in these places the level of sugar consumption is noticeably lower, so it is not necessary to unequivocally assert the anti-caries effect of lamb. It is believed that sheep meat contains less cholesterol, which causes the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in blood vessels.
Goose and duck are characterized by high fat content, which can overstrain the liver and biliary tract, which is why it is not recommended to eat fatty poultry meat with their dyskinesia, cholelithiasis. Duck and goose are tasty, in a sense they are delicacies, but should not be everyday food. In general, fatty meat and fat are not indicated for almost all diseases of the stomach and intestines. A healthy person should eat less fried meat, preferring boiled or steamed.
