Tricky calories | Women’s magazine “Liza”

Soon the sun will warm, the time will come for tight-fitting dresses, sundresses and swimsuits, so now is the time to take care of your beautiful figure. When we make a menu for a diet to lose extra pounds, we take into account every calorie. But it turns out that often we ourselves can double and triple the number of calories without even noticing it.

At first glance, selecting food based on calories is easy. We take 100 g of the product, look at how many calories it contains, and consider whether it fits our norm or not. When we eat only at home, it is much easier to choose foods for a diet. But since we almost do not sit at home, but constantly at work, at meetings or at a party, and we have coffee breaks, then lunches, then receptions, we have to eat far from what was originally planned.

Take, for example, the standard coffee break, where coffee and tea are always served with cookies. Which one to choose so that there is no bust with calories? Calculate calories per 100g? But you won’t eat 100 g of cookies for a coffee break, just a few things will be enough. And this is where the main trick lies. The weight of each cookie is different … On average, an ordinary woman eats 4 pieces of sugar cookies for a coffee break, and receives about 199 kcal. If, for example, instead of sugar, you eat 4 pieces of Petit Beurre Yarych, then it will be only 85 kcal. The secret is that 1 Petit Beurre cookie weighs 5g, while 1 sugar cookie weighs about 11g. See the difference? No wonder they say that most of all we gain excess weight precisely at such events, when we indiscriminately take cookies one after another, and we don’t even think that the number of calories can be completely different …

Petit Beurre Yarych is a brand new type of hard biscuit for Ukraine with a delicate crispy texture. The thin cookies melt in your mouth. Of the three types, you can choose from cocoa, with bran or classic, with a delicate creamy taste. Petit Beurre is moderate in fat and sugar. He, like any other lingering cookie, for example, like the well-known “Maria”, does not belong to fatty, high-calorie types of confectionery. And if you take into account the minimum weight of one cookie, then you can enjoy Petit Beurre often.
