Each of us has lost his voice at least once in his life. Laryngitis, strained ligaments, dry air in the room, stress — there can be many reasons for hoarseness and even complete loss of voice. But what if it happened before a significant event for you — a performance in front of an audience, a concert, an interview, etc.? Are there ways to quickly restore the voice?

Of course, if hoarseness is accompanied by fever, difficulty breathing and a strong deterioration in the general condition, then you should immediately consult a doctor and possibly abandon your plans. In the event that there are no reasons for bed rest, it is worth taking emergency measures to restore the voice, which will allow you to adequately perform at an important event.
Absolute peace
try completely relax and give yourself complete peace of mind. If the cause of the loss of voice is stress, then take a sedative and lie down to rest. Remember, peace is needed not only for your nerves, but also for your ligaments. Therefore observe silence mode. In no case do not resort to whispering — when whispering, the vocal cords tense up even more than during a conversation. Do not try to “talk” — so you will break your voice completely. If you definitely need to tell your loved ones something, communicate through notes or a messenger.
Emergency remedies for voice restoration
You can try to restore your voice with home remedies.
