Absolute peace

try completely relax and give yourself complete peace of mind. If the cause of the loss of voice is stress, then take a sedative and lie down to rest. Remember, peace is needed not only for your nerves, but also for your ligaments. Therefore observe silence mode. In no case do not resort to whispering — when whispering, the vocal cords tense up even more than during a conversation. Do not try to “talk” — so you will break your voice completely. If you definitely need to tell your loved ones something, communicate through notes or a messenger.
