Herbs for heavy periods

There are a lot of women in the world who are faced with the prob­lem of heavy peri­ods. But not all of them know that with the help of herbs, bleed­ing dur­ing men­stru­a­tion can be reg­u­lat­ed.

I have a stomachache

Pour 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of dry grass shep­herd’s purse 1 cup boil­ing water, leave for 1 hour, strain. Drink 1/3 cup 3 times a day between meals.

Take 2 tbsp. table­spoons of dry or fresh fruits of moun­tain ash, pour 0.5 liters of boil­ing water, leave to cool. Ready infu­sion to drink dur­ing the day in frac­tion­al por­tions.

An infu­sion of herb moun­taineer (knotweed) has proven itself as an effec­tive tool for con­tract­ing the mus­cles of the uterus, increas­ing blood clot­ting. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of raw mate­ri­als 0.5 liters of boil­ing water, wrap, insist 1 hour, strain. Take 2 tbsp. spoons 3–4 times a day.
An infu­sion of herb moun­taineer pep­per (water pep­per) has a strong anal­gesic, hemo­sta­t­ic, anti-inflam­ma­to­ry effect, it is used for very heavy peri­ods or bleed­ing. Pour 1 cup boil­ing water over 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of moun­taineer pep­per (prefer­ably fresh grass). Insist under the lid for 1 hour, strain. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.

Sting­ing net­tle. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of net­tle leaves with a glass of boil­ing water, boil over low heat for 10 min­utes. Cool, strain. Drink 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day.

Pour 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of cumin seeds with a glass of boil­ing water, leave for 1 hour, wrapped. Drink 1/2 cup between meals.

caraway

Pour 1 tbsp. a spoon­ful of field horse­tail with a glass of boil­ing water, wrap, insist 2 hours, strain. Take 1 tbsp. spoon every 2 hours (for acute kid­ney dis­ease, horse­tail infu­sion is con­traindi­cat­ed!).
