Ramson has a sharp spicy taste, similar to the taste of onions. The second name of wild garlic is bear green onions. In fact, this is a favorite spring delicacy of a bear waking up from hibernation.

Wild garlic leaves are the first gifts of spring, helping to quickly restore strength after a long winter. Even the simplest salads with this plant are not only incredibly tasty and fragrant, they are also very healthy.

Nutritionists recommend dressing salads with wild garlic sour cream or vegetable oil, since vitamin A, which is part of this plant, is fat-soluble and is better absorbed this way. It is important to know that wild garlic has a strong garlic smell. He’s pretty durable. To eliminate it, it is necessary to pour boiling water over the plant, while it is worth considering that this will reduce its beneficial properties.
