Varicose veins, also referred to as varicose veins, — an unpleasant disease, manifested in an increase in the size of the veins, a decrease in their elasticity and a change in shape. There are many ways to treat varicose veins, including surgery. But in order not to get on the operating table, you need to start treatment at an early stage of the disease.

chestnut

Photo: Burda Media

Horse chestnut is the main treatment for this disease (not to be confused with chestnut, a tree of the beech family). To prepare the tincture, you need to take 10 g of horse chestnut flowers or fruits (taken out of the “hedgehogs”), crush, insist on 100 ml of vodka in a dark place for a week, shake this mixture periodically. Then strain and take 30 drops a day before meals.
A hot decoction of flowers is an excellent remedy for tumors after dislocations of the joints. In this case, the decoction should be used either in the form of abundant wet compresses, or very warm baths for injured limbs.

Kalanchoe

Photo: Burda Media

Kalanchoe tincture is good for pain in the legs and blue mesh on the legs. To prepare the infusion, any kind of this plant will do.
The preparation method is as follows: you need to fill half a half-liter jar or bottle with cut Kalanchoe leaves, pour alcohol or vodka. Put in a dark place and shake occasionally. A week later, the tincture is ready. In the evening, rub it on your legs, starting from the feet. Pain in the legs disappears immediately, but for the disappearance of the network of veins, it is necessary to repeat the procedure for 3–4 months in a row.

hop cones

Photo: Burda Media

A convenient and affordable remedy are hop cones that help thin the blood. Hops, in addition to the therapeutic effect in varicose veins, perfectly regulates fat, water and mineral metabolism.
For hop treatment, you need 1 tbsp. chop a spoonful of cones, pour a glass of boiling water, heat in a water bath for 15 minutes. Decoction to take 1 cup 3 times a day before meals. On areas of the legs with dilated veins, apply gauze moistened with a decoction of hops. The same decoction helps with eczema and hives.
